At EDEN, each piece is carefully crafted to deliver a luxurious, spa-like experience. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage
- Packaging photos (if applicable)
Once reviewed, we will offer a replacement or resolution at our discretion.
Items that show signs of use, wear, or alteration will not be eligible for replacement.
Additional Notes
- Minor variations in scent, texture, or appearance are not considered defects
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout
